PROJECT INFORMATION

THOR Construction underwent construction on their new headquarters in Minneapolis, which was one of the largest private developments in the area. The $30 million facility features 70,000 square feet of multi-tenant office and retail space, with 11,000 square feet of that space reserved for THOR’s Headquarter location

PROJECT SCOPE

MG McGrath installed nearly 40,000 square feet of VMZINC, including flat lock, corrugated, and a perforated garage screen panels in Anthra (Slate Black), Quartz (Pre-Weathered Matte Grey), and Pigmento Rouge (Red) zinc finishes. MG McGrath fabricated their own H-Seam flat lock metal wall panels in 1mm VM Zinc; 16,547 square feet are in Anthra Zinc finish and 350 square feet are in Pigmento Rouge Zinc finish. MG McGrath installed 4,165 square feet of corrugated and 10,105 square feet of 7/8″ corrugated perforated 7/8″ 1mm VM Zinc, both in an Anthra Zinc finish. MG McGrath also installed Centria IW-10A 22 gauge galvanized steel flush seamed panels in a standard Prismatic 3-coat finish for 4,380 square feet of flush seam metal panels and 1,870 square feet of soffit panels
