PROJECT INFORMATION

Hotel Ivy, a Luxury Collection Hotel, is owned by Heartland Realty Investors and managed by Wischermann Partners, Inc. Built in 2007, the downtown 5-Star hotel recently completed its first major renovation during the summer of 2015. Its guest rooms and corridors were redesigned by The Gettys Group, Inc. Chicago office and, as part of revamping its public spaces, the hotel’s new Venetia lobby lounge addition complements its new Jester Concepts’ Monello Restaurant and Constantine subterranean bar additions.

Things change, and lifestyle trends today are different than they were in 2007. The expectation of the luxury traveler has evolved, and Hotel Ivy is now exceeding it.

PROJECT SCOPE

MG McGrath worked with Hotel Ivy’s renovation team to fabricate and install a new decorative fence, designed by ESG Architects, at the Monello Restaurant patio. The 290-foot golden-bronze colored fence is composed of ¼” aluminum panels with custom water-jetted perforations and an anodized finish
