PROJECT INFORMATION
Hennepin County Medical Center’s new $224.6 million, 377,000 square foot Specialty Center is located adjacent to the existing HCMC campus. Featuring primary care clinics, specialty clinics, and outpatient surgery facilities, the new center will meet the healthcare needs of the growing residential population in downtown Minneapolis.
PROJECT SCOPE
MG McGrath Architectural Surfaces worked with the project team on the building, fabricating and installing exterior aluminum panel systems – utilizing 39,690 square feet of .080” aluminum with Pure + Free Form light, medium and dark Rust finishes, 13,125 square feet with a Pure + Free Form Wood Grain finish, and 3,935 square feet with a custom Sherwin Williams Network Grey finish. MG McGrath also installed C/S Louvers, finished in Sherwin Williams’ Essential Grey.
