MINNEAPOLIS, MN

Metal was selected for the project in order to restore the building’s historic look throughout its renovation

PROJECT INFORMATION

Twin Cities advertising agency Campbell Mithun moved their 250-employee firm downtown Minneapolis to be a part of the city’s energy and creativity. The 65,000 square feet of space in the 510 Marquette Avenue building that the agency now occupies, including the top four floors and rooftop penthouse of the building, were designed to be more conducive to collaboration and flexibility among the Campbell Mithun team. Metal was selected for the project in order to restore the building’s historic look throughout its renovation

PROJECT SCOPE

MG McGrath worked with Campbell Mithun and Snow Kreilich Architects to help create an atmosphere for their workplace that emphasizes creativity as well as the building’s historic charm, fabricating and installing 3,275 square feet of 16 ga. hot rolled blackened and seal coated weathering steel panels
