PROJECT INFORMATION
Baldwin Area Medical Center constructed a new service center in Baldwin, Wisconsin to serve as a health and wellness campus for the community. The new campus, named Western Wisconsin Health, is a first step in an effort to establish a community hub for health and wellness services of all types, including retirement housing, senior care, retail services, and other community resources that support healthy living. The campus features a 106,000-square-foot replacement health and wellness facility that includes a clinic, emergency services, surgical services, premier birth center, impatient hospital, state-of-the-art diagnostic capabilities, and an educational atrium. Services offered include primary care, surgical and orthopedics, infusion services, obstetrics, emergency and inpatient care, as well as ones that focus on integrative health and prevention of illness.
PROJECT SCOPE
MG McGrath furnished and installed 6,300 square feet of Reynobond and PAC Clad aluminum composite wall panels in a custom color Bistro Bronze with a 2-coat Kynar finish, along with all related flashings. Also installed by MG McGrath was 1,200 square feet of 6″ wide Longboard siding panels in a Light Fir Wood Grain finish.
