This particular Gallery Building features over 100,000 square feet of office space that spans over three stories and sits on sits an 11.19 acre campus

PROJECT SCOPE

MG McGrath’s Architectural Surfaces team fabricated and installed two metal panel systems, including a 2” metal wrap insulated panel by Centria, which includes a rail system to attach the outboard girts to so the finished panels can have adequate attachment points. The second-panel system utilizes custom-rolled clear anodized aluminum panels that run vertically and give a “wave” effect to the building as you move around it. The building has alternating window and metal panel bays
