PROJECT SCOPE

MG McGrath Architectural Glass & Glazing worked on both the exterior and interior of the luxurious Manhattan townhome, installing front radius and rear façade glass and framing, skylights, metal panels and an interior guard rail. For the front radius façade, MG McGrath Architectural Glass & Glazing installed a custom extrusions system that utilizes Cricursa 8MM Low Iron, 1.52MM PVB, 8MM Low Iron 12MM Spacer, 8MM Low Iron, 1.52MM PVB, 8MM Low Iron, and had a machine custom made just to be able to pick up the glass. On the rear façade, MG McGrath Architectural Glass & Glazing installed a Kawneer 1600UT 2 ½” x 7 ½” system, utilizing 6MM Low Iron, .06 PVB, 6MM Low Iron, 12MM Spacer, 6MM. In total, MG McGrath Architectural Glass & Glazing installed 1,750 square feet of glass with Clear Anodized framing
