GLAZED IN PANEL SYSTEMS

CURTAIN WALL PRODUCT

McGrath’s glazed-in metal panels are engineered to provide a clean, high-performance infill solution within standard curtain wall, window wall, and storefront glazing pockets. Designed to replace vision or spandrel glass where transparency is not required, these panels align flush with adjacent glazing to maintain a consistent façade appearance while improving thermal performance and durability.

Each panel is fabricated as a complete assembly with integrated insulation and metal skins, allowing the system to be installed directly into the glazing plane without the need for supplemental backpans or field-installed insulation. The result is a streamlined, predictable solution that simplifies coordination between façade trades and reduces on-site labor.

QUALITY & CUSTOMIZATION

TAILORED PERFORMANCE

Glazed-in panels are fabricated to the exact dimensions of the glazing opening, ensuring a precise fit within conventional framing systems. Panel construction, including overall thickness, edge geometry, insulation type, and attachment strategy can be tailored to meet project-specific thermal, condensation, and performance requirements.

All fabrication is completed in McGrath’s controlled shop environment, allowing for consistent quality, repeatability, and early coordination with adjacent façade components. When sourced alongside McGrath backpans, shadowboxes, and infill systems, the glazed-in panels become part of a fully coordinated, single-source façade package. Each panel can be tracked through fabrication and installation using McGrath’s internal panel tracking process.
