Anonymous surveys are sent to each individual staff member and a third-party company compiles, evaluates, and reports final scores against a benchmark of other Minnesota companies. Based on this internal data, we ranked not only as a Star Tribune Top Workplace, but made their list of Top 200 Workplaces in Minnesota.
