Tom Stafford currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Development for MG McGrath. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Kansas. Tom has 20+ years of experience in the built environment working directly with architects & engineers on specified commercial, transportation and civic projects in North America and the EU/ME markets. Tom has extensive industry relationships with leading building envelope, architectural façade & curtainwall glass companies including unique interior finishes brands. Tom’s primary focus is on the development of specifier relationships for collaboration on projects where protecting the design intent is critical to the architect’s vision for the project. These projects often originate through a design-assist engagement with MG McGrath, have exceptional metal finishes, complex geometry, unique metal or glass designs or benefit from off-site construction with unitized deliverables. In addition, Tom creates alignment with strategic industry brands to create comprehensive solutions to reduce decisions for MG McGrath’s design and general contractor customers.
