Tim Sauro currently serves as a Project Manager for MG McGrath. Tim holds a degree from the Minneapolis Drafting School and joined the MG McGrath team in 1997. As a Project Manager, Tim works directly with construction managers, architects and consultants to establish project criteria as it develops, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements. Tim works closely with the estimating team to maintain and update the project budget and maximizing efficient resource utilization through procurement of materials, fabrication and equipment according to the prescribed schedule, and with the MGM drafting, shop and field departments to coordinate the implementation of various operations, including drafting, virtual design and construction (VDC), and mechanisms for resolving conflicts.
