Ricky Silliker currently serves as Design Manager for MG McGrath. Ricky graduated from New Brunswick Community College with a degree in Architectural Civil Engineering Technology. He has over 25 years of experience working with architectural surface fabrication, operations, and project management. Production engineering and project management have been Ricky’s career specialties, and he has extensive knowledge when it comes to curtainwall fabrication, glazing, and unitized glass systems. As our resident Design Manager, Ricky works closely with sales and estimating for new project designs and proposals.  Ricky assists through every stage of a project beginning with the architects and general contractor through our design assist process. Ricky then liaisons to our engineers and project managers, to ensure consistency across all MGM projects, though planning, material procurement, design, engineering, shop drawings, fabrication, and installation. Ricky has received his Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and incorporates these principles into identifying and implementing improvements to existing systems and processes.
