Ricky Silliker currently serves as a Senior Project Manager for MG McGrath. Ricky graduated from New Brunswick Community College with a degree in Architectural Civil Engineering Technology. He has over 22 years of experience working with architectural surface fabrication, operations, and project management. Production engineering and project management have been Ricky’s career specialties and he has extensive knowledge when it comes to curtainwall fabrication, glazing, and unitized glass systems. As a Project Manager, Ricky works closely with Architects, General Contractors, and other project team members to ensure the goals, scope, budget, and schedule are all accurately defined. Ricky assists through every stage of a project from concept to closeout including pre-construction planning, material procurement, design, engineering, shop drawings, fabrication, and installation. Ricky has received his Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and incorporates these principles into his scheduling and project performance.
