The Winona Historical Society has an extensive collection of historical artifacts, programs, and exhibits all about the history of Winona County in southern Minnesota

PROJECT INFORMATION:

The Winona County Historical Society was founded in 1935 and they are a private non-profit educational institution, with a mission to be dedicated to the collection, preservation, exhibition and interpretation of materials that document the history of Winona County. The Society currently has over 1400 members and 60 active business supporters. They have three museums, annual events, a research archive, workshops, classes, tours and programs. Many researchers of all levels find The Laird Lucas Library and Archives, housed in the Winona County History Center, a valuable resource.

PROJECT SCOPE:

MG McGrath furnished and installed over 5,000 square feet of custom 4mm copper composite siding panels with a “dirty penny” finish at the exterior walls as well as custom perforated “dirty penny” finished copper composite ceiling panels on the interior. Our team was involved early on to assist HGA Architects develop a custom look and system
