PROJECT INFORMATION

Westminster Presbyterian Church in downtown Minneapolis demolished a 9-story building that they owned on Nicollet Mall in order to develop a two-story, 41,000-square-foot addition. The addition accommodates worship and gathering spaces, a multipurpose room, classrooms, youth spaces, church offices, and community partnership space. The newly re-developed building is clad in Limestone, Thermocromex Plaster, and Lead-Coated copper.

PROJECT SCOPE

MG McGrath Architectural Surfaces fabricated and installed nearly 10,000 square feet of metal including 20oz lead-coated copper shingles with matching flashings. MG McGrath also fabricated and installed concealed fastener, flat-lock pre-finished aluminum panels with a two-coat fluoropolymer finish, and concealed fastener, flat-lock aluminum panels with a Medium Bronze Anodized finish.
