Minnesota’s Treasure Island started out as a one-room bingo hall in 1984 and has since become the largest employer in its county, offering a wide range of gambling and entertainment as well as luxurious hotel accommodations and some of the Twin Cities’ best cuisine. MG McGrath worked with the casino resort to help create the setting for their newest restaurant, Tradewinds Buffet, featuring nine different buffet stations
