PROJECT INFORMATION

HealthPartners has decided to move one of their medical office buildings to a new clinic location in the Twin Cities south metro area less than a mile away from its old location. The move includes the construction of a new 28,000 square foot building for Park Nicollet Medical to operate out of. The new building is nearly five times larger than their previous location allowing them to serve more than 10,000 additional patients and add over 30 new staff and doctors. This particular clinic provides services in family medicine, urgent care, radiology/lab testing, OBGYN, and eye care. This $13.5 million construction project just started and Park Nicollet has already planned for a 12,000 square foot expansion in the future

PROJECT SCOPE

MG McGrath will be providing and installing glass and glazing systems to both the interior and exterior of the new building. The interior of the building will include Wagner glass handrails, x-ray refractive lead glass, glass film, and glass doors. The exterior of the building features large areas of storefront and curtainwall glass as well as regular glass and thermal glass doors
