PROJECT INFORMATION
One South Wacker is a prominent office building in the heart of downtown Chicago. This office tower is conveniently located next to the Chicago River near major transportation hubs like Union Train Station, and The Loop. One South Wacker boasts endless amenities both inside the building and in the surrounding area. The new owners decided on major renovations to the office tower’s lobby, tenant lounge, rooftop deck, and fitness center. These renovations will modernize the building and add elevated, elegant touches that are both visually and functionally appealing

MG McGrath Architectural Surfaces is working with Clune Construction to fabricate and install custom blackened steel panels for the office tower’s new lobby remodel
