PROJECT INFORMATION

Northern Stacks is a state of the art industrial campus with office/warehouse facilities that are home to dozens of businesses. Hyde Development and Mortenson expanded the campus by adding another 200,000-square-foot building, Stacks VII. Hyde and Mortenson estimated that it would take eight years to complete the development when they broke ground in May 2014

PROJECT SCOPE

MG McGrath Surfaces division fabricated and installed custom aluminum composite panel system in a custom Vitrabond Bright Orange finish that is a signature for the project. Our team also fabricated and installed 4,515 square feet of custom perforated feature walls and column cover panels in a Dark Grey powder coat finish
