MGM’s luxurious $1.3 billion resort and casino at National Harbor sits on 23 acres and overlooks the Potomac River. The resort features 1 million square feet of space, including 3,600 slot machines and 160 table games, a 3,000-seat theater, 55,000 square feet of branded retail, 35,000 square feet of meeting space, a 4,700-space parking garage and numerous restaurants. MGM National Harbor received a LEED Gold Certification from the USGBC in 2016

MG McGrath Architectural Surfaces worked with the project team on the exterior of the MGM National Harbor Casino-Resort, installing 140,502 square feet of metal composite wall paneling with a custom Kuala White finish
