PROJECT INFORMATION

The Hyatt Centric project is located in the heart of Portland’s hip West End District immediately north of the United Way Building. Mortenson’s long-term support of United Way opened the door to acquiring United Way’s surplus property for the development,  design and construction this new lifestyle brand hotel. The 15-story hotel will include 220 guestrooms, meeting space, and a new destination restaurant/bar operated by a local Portland chef. Mortenson is leading the development of the project to include: land acquisition, entitlements, design, and construction. The project uses a design-build agreement for the design and construction services.

PROJECT SCOPE

MG McGrath Architectural Surfaces will be providing and installing various metal wall panel systems for the new Hyatt Centric in Portland, Oregon. The panel systems include MG McGrath custom fabricated composite panels with associated wall panel flashings. MG McGrath will also be installing Centria IW-13A metal wall panels with associated flashings.
