PROJECT INFORMATION

CitizenM Hotel chain is building their second LA-area hotel in the heart of downtown on the site of an old 20,000 square foot parking lot. When complete, the new hotel will be 131 feet tall with 11 floors, 315 guest rooms, meeting rooms, and other various amenities. The Amsterdam-based hotel chain says they love offering guests “affordable luxury”. The building will feature a modern exterior with grid-like windows, anodized aluminum paneling, and murals on every side of the exterior. The hotel is expected to attract business travelers and cultural/art enthusiasts visiting the city

PROJECT SCOPE

MG McGrath is working on this project with Mortenson Construction and architectural firm Gensler on the construction of this new hotel which will feature both metal panel and glass & glazing systems from MG McGrath
