St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church & National Shrine recently received the Pinnacle Award from the Natural Stone Institute. Our project superintendent Andrew Resch gladly joined owner and principal engineer of Avro Consult Engineering P.C, Russell Davies, on stage as he accepted this monumental award. Congratulations to Avro Consult Engineering and all of the other 2025 Pinnacle Award winners.

The Pinnacle Award is a highly coveted stone professionals award handed out to projects that exemplify professional mastery in the use of natural stone in commercial and residential applications. A panel of jurors selects projects for the awards based on beauty, creativity, ingenuity, and overall craftsmanship as it relates to the use of stone on new or restored buildings.
