Greg Mallak currently serves as a Project Manager for MG McGrath and has over 25 years of industry and project management experience. As a Project Manager, Greg assists in managing projects by working directly with construction managers, architects, and consultants to establish design criteria as it develops. Greg also maintains and develops objectives including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements. As well as the implementation of various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating and construction, the development of pre-construction schedules with milestones and implement mechanisms for resolving conflicts, management of the drafting department with shop drawings, virtual design and construction (VDC), thermal modeling, engineering, and design system performance. Greg also works closely with the estimating team to maintain and update the project budget and maximizing efficient resource utilization through the procurement of materials, fabrication and equipment according to the prescribed schedule. Greg has a degree in Design Technology from St. Paul Technical College.
