Kyle McGinnity serves as a Senior Project Estimator for MG McGrath. Kyle holds a degree in Construction Project Management from Dunwoody College of Technology. Since joining MG McGrath in 2015, Kyle has been an asset to the Sales and Estimating team throughout the project development process of several projects. Kyle assists in pre-construction planning by completing takeoffs to develop comprehensive estimates and research of associated costs for alternative solutions and scheduling needs. Kyle also works directly with the project managers as details develop, researching associated costs for alternative materials and labor costs. He participates in project development activities including scope definition, clarification and pre-construction planning; development of construction cost estimates, provides value engineering solutions including cost/schedule implications and manages construction costs throughout pre-construction and project completion.
