Joe Lorentz currently serves as a Project Estimator at MG McGrath. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hamline School of Business. Joe works with contractors, architects, and owners to fully understand the breadth and depth of a project to provide a thorough estimate and project budget. He manages early stages of pre-construction including a clearly defined scope of the estimated work, schedule and labor considerations, takeoffs, and VE options. Along with the rest of our Estimating team, Joe oversees project development activities and works diligently to match material and installation recommendations with the design intent and budget requirements of the project. He makes sure the entire project team, both internally, and externally, keeps an open line of communication and is all on the same page to minimize discrepancies and keep things running smoothly.
