This custom designed home in Palm Desert, CA was looking to achieve a one of a kind look. The element of copper provided just the modern look that was looking to be achieved.

- System(s): MG McGrath fabricated and installed a flat seam 16 oz Tecu-Copper tile roof panel (55.5″ x 19.125″ standard panel size) with associated 16 oz Tecu-Copper drip edge, and required counter flashings and valleys. MG McGrath also fabricated and installed the roof system over 2 layers of Grace ultra self-adhering underlayment and 1 layer of Colbond enka-mat drainage mat underlayment.
