Mike Hurley currently serves at Project Manager for MG McGrath. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas. As a Project Manager, Mike works directly with construction managers, architects and consultants to establish project criteria as it develops, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements. Mike works closely with the estimating team to maintain and update the project budget and maximizing efficient resource utilization through the procurement of materials, fabrication and equipment according to the prescribed schedule, and with the MGM drafting, shop and field departments to coordinate the implementation of various operations, including drafting, virtual design and construction (VDC), and mechanisms for resolving conflicts.
