MG McGrath Scope of Work: MG McGrath fabricated and installed a flat seam 16 oz Tecu-Copper tile roof panel (55.5″ x 19.125″ standard panel size) with associated 16 oz Tecu-Copper drip edge, and required counter flashings and valleys. MG McGrath also fabricated and installed the roof system over 2 layers of Grace ultra self-adhering underlayment and 1 layer of Colbond enka-mat drainage mat underlayment.
