MG McGrath Scope of Work:

M.G. McGrath furnished and installed 4,500 square feet of custom-coated aluminum panels, 8,500 square feet of 8 mm.  Graphite Grey zinc hook seam panels, and 3,500 square feet of natural Revere copper slip lock panels. M.G. McGrath also installed champagne flush seam panels, MGM custom fabricated aluminum sun shades, insulation, air and vapor barrier membranes, flashing, and sheet metal cladding. The project integrated many different types of metals along with custom fabrication and finishes on the structure. M.G. McGrath’s work contributed to the building’s sustainability, low impact on the environment, and LEED Platinum designation.
