Joe Theisen currently serves as a Sr. Project Manager for MG McGrath. Starting his construction career in the field as a glazier, Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from St. Scholastica and brings over 23 years of glazing experience to MG McGrath. As a Senior Project Manager, Joe works together with architects and general contractors to define project scope and scheduling, and to execute project performance through RFI’s and coordination. Joe meets schedule needs through buyout and procurement of materials while coordinating incoming work with the shop and overseeing and maintaining the budget throughout the project’s entirety.
