Katie Baldwin currently serves as a Project Manager for MG McGrath. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, and has over a decade of experience in the construction and steel industries. As a Project Manager, Katie works directly with construction managers, architects, and consultants to establish project criteria as it develops, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements. Katie works closely with the estimating team to maintain and update the project budget and maximizing efficient resource utilization through the procurement of materials, fabrication and equipment according to the prescribed schedule, and with the MGM drafting, shop and field departments to coordinate the implementation of various operations, including drafting, virtual design and construction (VDC), and mechanisms for resolving conflicts.
