Construction at McGrath combines the skill of master craftspeople with the speed of automated systems, creating a seamless transition from our shop to the job site.

Software & scripting

Complex facade geometry can’t be solved by hand. McGrath uses engineered software and  precision measurements to ensure smooth installation, top performance, and long-term structural integrity.

Craft fabrication

Our 130,000 sq. ft. facility uses advanced fabrication and finishing systems to produce spec-grade facades and curtainwall systems, from laser-cut panels to spectacular patinas.

Field installation

We use a “design before you build” approach that turns tricky installation challenges into a documented, repeatable process. Our field labor team follows up with reports, photos and status updates so you know what’s coming next.

MG McGrath on this project had an immensely challenging scope. There were a lot of unique materials, a unique application, and all interacting with a cast in place structure that was architecturally exposed for a lot of it, which presents it’s own challenges. MG McGrath did a fantastic job of bringing a great balance of material sourcing, and fabrication, and pre-assembly that we couldn’t have done with anybody else to make this project successful.
