Ryan Rademacher currently serves as the Director of Virtual Design & Construction at MG McGrath and has over 20 years of experience in the architecture, design, and construction industry. Having worked as an architect and now overseeing preconstruction activities for a leading national façade contractor, he has experience executing work from the planning and programming phases all the way through to final construction and project closeout. Ryan is a licensed architect and has a Master of Architecture Degree from Parsons School of Design. Ryan specializes in complex & high-performance façades, digital fabrication, sustainability, project management, project estimating, and strategic operations planning. As VDC Director, Ryan is responsible for driving virtual design and construction efforts including design assist, BIM, shop drawings, engineering, mock-ups, constructability analysis, and submittals. In addition, he is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the pre-construction phase of the projects to meet the design, construction and cost objectives
