Ryan Rademacher, AIA currently serves as the Director of Business Development at MG McGrath and has over 20 years of experience in the architecture, design, and construction industry. He brings previous knowledge and experience of executing work from the planning and programming phases all the way through to final construction and project closeout. Ryan is a licensed architect and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota, as well as a Master of Architecture Degree from Parsons School of Design. Ryan specializes in complex & high-performance façade designs, digital fabrication, sustainability, project management, project estimating, and strategic operations planning. As Business Development Director, Ryan is responsible for driving BD strategy and coordinating marketing efforts while generating and qualifying new opportunities. In addition, he is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the pre-construction phase of the projects to meet the cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, and bidding
