Add project overview here.

MG McGrath’s scope on the University of Minnesota Ruttan Hall Plaza included the replacement of the existing wood windows with a Tubelite T14000 Series storefront with single door and a standalone pair of doors.  Inside the Study Area the interior glass walls separated the corridors and vending area from the seating area of the Study Area.  The upper plaza area included new Forms + Surfaces stainless steel railings replacing the existing bronze railing.  Along the southeast side of the plaza and the tree pit area included glazing within the railing system with standard pipe railing along the stairwells and ramps.  Two  single slope Wasco skylights also are featured in the Green Roof top plaza area

McGrath didn’t just show us what the next steps were, they took them with us. The project came out better than we imagined because they were involved.
