This 5-story, 160,000 square foot professional medical building includes 106 beds, 6 operating rooms, physical therapy services, a labor & delivery hall, and emergency & urgent care suites

Project Scope

MG McGrath fabricated and installed nearly 20,000 square feet of Centria Formawall insulated metal panels with Slate and Light Grey finishes for the main exterior elevations. An additional 2,000 square feet of Reynobond aluminum composite panels were fabricated and installed at the entry canopy, walkway bridge, and column covers. The last bit of metal on this project was pre-finished steel flush-seam wall panel cladding on the backside of the parapet walls and on the penthouse
