Peter currently serves as a Project Manager for MG McGrath after joining the company in 2018. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Project Management from the University of Minnesota – Mankato. Peter has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and is OSHA 40 certified. As a Project Manager, Peter works directly with construction managers, architects and consultants to establish project criteria as it develops, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements. Peter works closely with the estimating team to maintain and update the project budget and maximizing efficient resource utilization through the procurement of materials, fabrication, and equipment according to the prescribed schedule, and with the MGM drafting, shop and field departments to coordinate the implementation of various operations, including drafting, virtual design and construction (VDC), and mechanisms for resolving conflicts.
