Overall Winner: Cleveland Uptown Condos
MG McGrath fabricated and installed 110,000 square feet of aluminum unitized cold-formed framing wall panels in custom high gloss white finished with a PPG Powder Coat. MG McGrath also furnished and installed associated air and vapor barriers, 16 gauge hat channels, and extruded metal panels with integral windows. Cleveland Uptown Condos is a one of a kind project with a very unique application of frame-less windows and extruded metal panels.
New Metal Roof Winner: Butterfield Residence
MG McGrath fabricated and installed 90,000 square feet of copper MG S-Slip panels on the roof and walls of the Butterfield Residence. The copper is Tecu Bronze and finished in applied patina.
Retrofit Metal Wall Winner: Macalester College Janet Wallace Fine Arts Center
MG McGrath fabricated and installed approximately 29,000 square feet of material on the Performing Arts building at Macalester College, including both interior and exterior applications. Materials on the exterior included .040 Flush Seam Panels in black anodized aluminum with varying reveals, MG Composite Panels in black anodized as well as louvers. On the interior, MG McGrath installed perforated rib panels, expanded metal ceilings and composite panels.
