Miki Bolin currently serves as a Project Manager for MG McGrath and works on both the Architectural Glass & Glazing teams. Miki holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She also graduated with a minor in Construction Management and a second minor in Interdisciplinary Design. She is also OSHA 30 certified. As a Project Manager, Miki works directly with construction managers, architects, and consultants to establish project criteria as it develops, including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling and performance requirements. Miki first joined MG McGrath in March 2017 as a VDC Drafter. Her education, experience, and versatility gives her an edge on unique project solutions and innovative ideas. Miki works closely with the estimating team to maintain and update the project budget and maximizing efficient resource utilization through the procurement of materials, fabrication, and equipment according to the prescribed schedule, and with the MGM drafting, shop and field departments to coordinate the implementation of various operations, including drafting, virtual design and construction (VDC), and mechanisms for resolving conflicts.
