Joe Theisen currently serves as a Senior Project Manager for MG McGrath Architectural Glass & Glazing. Starting his construction career in the field as an industrial glazier, Joe holds a degree in management from St. Scholastica and brings over 19 years of glazing experience to MG McGrath. As a project manager, Joe works together with architects and general contractors to define project scope and scheduling, and to execute project performance through RFI’s and coordination. Joe meets schedule needs through buyout and procurement of materials while coordinating incoming work with the shop and overseeing and maintaining the budget throughout the project’s entirety.
