Featured as a Finance & Commerce Top Project, MG McGrath, Inc.’s Northern Stacks I project was completed in February of 2015 as the first of a 122-acre, $100-million-plus industrial park rising on a redeveloped Superfund site in Fridley. MG McGrath’s Architectural Surface and Architectural Glass & Glazing divisions were both part of the project team. Phase II of the project is scheduled for completion in September, and phase III is already undergoing construction as well.
“The overall Northern Stacks project, billed as the Twin Cities’ largest active in-fill commercial redevelopment, offers 1.75 million square feet of industrial and commercial space minutes from downtown Minneapolis, close to Interstate 694 and the Mississippi River.” – Finance & Commerce
