B2 Tower at Atlantic Yards is the first of three new residential towers envisioned to surround the Barclays Center Arena and is part of the 22-acre Atlantic Yards Project. The three new residential buildings will rise along the southern and eastern elevations of the arena site fronting Dean Street, Flatbush Avenue and 6th Avenue. B2 Tower will contain 350 units and will be 32 stories tall- making it the tallest modular building in the world when completed. MG McGrath Architectural Glass & Glazing will install the storefront window on the first floor as well as all exterior apartment windows that are be unitized in the exterior metal wall panels.
