Located in the Loose Wiles Building RJM Construction is renovated the 26,000 sq. ft. of common areas in the Northwestern Building, which was originally built in 1914 as a glass factory. Renovations include restored windows, repairs to the roof and building exterior, mechanical system improvements, elevator upgrades and new finishes in common areas of the building. MG McGrath then renovated the Bar and Office located in the RJM area of the building.

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
System(s): MG McGrath fabricated and installed 11 ga hot rolled steel metal panels using a concealed clip system and wax finish on the face of the bar and reception desk. MG McGrath also fabricated and installed 11 ga metal floor panels with a wax finish using a mortar adhesive. Additionally MG McGrath fabricated and installed the RJM metal sign using 11 ga hot rolled that was laser cut and attached to a piece of glass. It was installed using standoffs.
