SURFACES PROJECT SCOPE

MG McGrath fabricated and installed 110,000 square feet of aluminum unitized cold-formed framing wall panels in custom high gloss white finished with a PPG Powder Coat.  MG McGrath also furnished and installed associated air and vapor barriers, 16 gauge hat channels, and extruded metal panels with integral windows.  Cleveland Condos is a one of a kind project with a very unique application of frame-less windows and extruded metal panels
